I am so sad to hear of Tona’s death. I met her when we were both studying at Dartington Hall. She was a talented pianist and I greatly admired her musicianship. After our marriage she was a considerable help in my career for which I will always be grateful. She was a wonderful and loving mother to our three boys who have looked after her so faithfully always, and especially in her last years.
